BME Congregation Database
Using the list of names from the BME Letter to Lewis C. Chambers, we searched the census records for 1861 and 1871, and have linked to the online records (at Library and Archives Canada) whenever possible. Some related summary information is provided where available. The database also includes information gleaned from London city directories. Full citations are available in our bibliography.
Prepared with research files from Andrew Ross (who visited Library and Archives Canada); Chelsea Caeiro, Connor Pizsel, and Sam Robins (who visited Western's Archives and Regional Collections Centre), and Ava Olds and Andreina Ravenstein, who started the research ball rolling at the London Public Library.
